One of the famous sights of western Scotland,Castle Stalker sits on a small island cut off at all but the lowest of tides from the mainland. It can be accessed by permission a few days per year. There is a cafe and viewpoint on the A828 Oban to Fort William road, but to gain this view needs wellies and careful use of a large-scale map!
